All materials utilized by Watertight Roofing are of the highest quality available in the country. Only SABS or ISO approved products are used. Ongoing inspections are carried out for the duration of the project. All projects are overseen by the owner. References are available on request. A written guarantee is issued for each project on completion.

IT'S ALL ABOUT THE PRODUCT

  • Greencoat Thermalproof – is a water-based pure acrylic heat reflective coating. It has advanced ceramic bead technology with reflective properties of up to 45%.

    • It will cool your home in summer, insulate your roof in winter and also waterproof your roof.
    • The standard colours available are Light Grey and White.
    • Spreading rate: 4m2 per litre per coat
    • Drag-and-drop Functionality
    • GREENCOAT Thermalproof has seal and adhering properties and can be applied to concrete, metal, wood etc. The ideal area for application is metal / tile roofs.
  • Roofrubber – Is a modified flexible acrylic emulsion with a slight sheen for waterproofing of roofs, parapets and wall surfaces.

    • Spreading rate is 4 – 6m2 per litre per coat.
    • Intended uses: RubberRoof is a general water-proofer used in conjunction with polyester membrane for parapets, flashings, flat roofs with an acceptable “run-off”.
    • Suitable to apply over bitumen.
    • Available in 9 standard colours: White, Black, Charcoal, Medium Grey, Light Grey, Green, Modern Red, Modern Brown and Terracotta.
  • Greencoat Clearguard -is a water-based acrylic, electrometric membrane that is formulated as a clear product. It provides superb sealing qualities and penetrates deep into the surface to reduce oil, grease, acids, and alkalis that cause deterioration. It also keeps dust down and forms a durable and waterproof surface. Intended use: Waterproof and Seal of Thatchroofs, Protective coating for les, walls, roofs, Waterproof coating for preserving natural surfaces, Lengthens life of roof, concrete, wood.
